Nah, Texas doesn't have a state income tax, that's actually one of the big perks of living here lol. You still gotta deal with property and sales tax though, so it's not totally tax free.

No, there is no state income tax in Texas, in fact, it's one of the advantages of being in Texas lol. There is still property and sales tax to contend with, however.

Well, Texas is one of those places where there is no state income tax, which makes it a very attractive place to live in. Nonetheless, you cannot escape paying other types of taxes like property and sales tax.
