Not at all. QuickBooks Online does not seem to have an outage problem at the moment. The status page of Intuit indicates that the site is up and running, and Downdetector indicates that there are no ongoing issues.

QuickBooks Online appears to be operational right now; I’m not seeing a current widespread outage reported in the latest search results
